It is comprised of four two story buildings with suite style floor plans in which four or five residents occupy a two or three bedroom suite. The towers are a perfect option for students who want their own room on the main ucf campus. Each suite opens onto a central pod area on each floor a shared living space that includes couches tables and chairs for the floor residents to gather in. With 2 shared bedrooms and 2 private bedrooms this floor plan provides more living space with the same flexible room options as suite style units. Each suite is made up of two or three rooms a bathroom and a common living space. Both styles are two bedroom suites with a shared bathroom between each suite. The shared common living room area comes unfurnished so students can use the space in many different ways.

The typical apartment layout has four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. The towers are located next to the addition financial arena and the spectrum stadium.
